The Notre Dame Fighting Irish have two things on their plate right now. The first is their upcoming visit to the Sugar Bowl. The Fighting Irish will take on the LSU Tigers in the Sugar Bowl on January 3 in New Orleans. Sugar Bowl Tickets are available through Stubhub.com and cost anywhere from $230 and up. Notre Dame football coaches were unable to comment as coaches are not allowed to comment until incoming players sign a letter-of-intent on February 9. Tate may need some practice honing his skills at route-running, but he has to speed to be successful at Notre Dame.
Though the Notre Dame Fighting Irish still have a lot to do to get ready to take on the LSU Tigers on January 3 in the Sugar Bowl, the Irish were able to take a break the other day to reflect upon the recent Heisman Trophy vote. Ohio State’s Troy Smith, favorite to win the Heisman, did not disappoint, winning 801 first-place votes. Notre Dame’s Brady Quinn, the senior quarterback, had 13 first-place votes. Not dismayed by his surprise slip to third, Quinn said that he hoped to put his bronze metal to good. He said he would work even harder to beat LSU in the Sugar Bowl and then, “Strive to be my best in the NFL.” Fans looking to get their hands on Sugar Bowl Tickets can still acquire them through Stubhub.
