In the continuing saga that is the search for the next Notre Dame quarterback, one prospect for the role just further distanced himself from the field- in the wrong way. Zach Frazer was granted premission from the University of Notre Dame to contact other schools that might be interested in him. According to NCAA rules, a player who is currently on scholarship with a team cannot contact other universities about switching programs, unless given permission.
Among the schools that have showed an interest in Frazer, some of the bigger names include Rutgers, Connecticut, Miami, East Carolina and Louisville. Ever since Frazer was left off the list of three players fighting for playing time next season, it has been expected that he would be interested in searching out a place where he could potentially earn a starting role.
Who you will see playing quarterback next year is still up in the air, but you can always count on StubHub.com to have some great Notre Dame Fighting Irish football tickets available to cheer for whoever is taking the snaps.
