Notre Dame Lacrosse Only Unbeaten Team in the Nation

  • The Notre Dame Fighting Irish men’s lacrosse team is the only remaining undefeated team in the country. Even though their national ranking is still only No.3, Notre Dame is a perfect 10-0 this year. It could be that this becomes the greatest Notre Dame lacrosse season ever!   • In other Notre Dame sports news, Notre Dame Stadium has put in a bid to host the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Who knows if the home of Irish football has a real shot at winning the chance to host the biggest sporting event in the world- but it could happen.
  • Notre Dame finished the 2009 NCAA Hockey season ranked No. 4 in the country according to the latest official poll on the subject.
