Say Hello to the Notre Dame Women’s Volleyball Team

Even though it’s the middle of football season, we’re going to go around the sports department and give you guys all the info on some of the student-athletes who aren’t named Jimmy Clausen and Golden Tate. Today we’re going to link you to some must-see pages about the Irish volleyball team.

Notre Dame’s volleyball team ought to be good this year. While they lost a couple of veteran leaders from last year’s squad to gradation, the Irish have a whopping six seniors to anchor the team this year, as well as a bevy of new recruits. “We have an incredible senior class - they’re physically talented, hungry to win and ready to take this program to new heights. But this can’t be done with just seniors. Everyone is looking forward to the season and we all have bought into the fact that this is going to be a great year for us.”
